PERFORMANCE COMPANY

Ready to take your training to the next level? DanceWorks Company is designed for dedicated dancers who are passionate about growth, artistry, and excellence. Through focused training, performance opportunities, and a supportive team environment, dancers develop the technique, versatility, discipline, and confidence needed to reach their full potential.

Company members train in a wide variety of dance styles, work with acclaimed guest artists and choreographers, and attend select regional and national competitions and conventions throughout the season. In addition to performing award-winning choreography, dancers build lifelong friendships, leadership skills, professionalism, and a strong work ethic that extends far beyond the studio.

Admission to DanceWorks Company is by audition each season. Whether a dancer dreams of pursuing dance professionally or simply wants to challenge themselves in a high-level, inspiring environment, DanceWorks Company provides exceptional training while fostering a culture of excellence, integrity, and belonging.

DanceWorks Company Groups & Requirements

Our Company program offers a variety of performance groups designed to meet dancers at different ages, experience levels, and commitment goals. Whether a dancer is new to the competitive dance experience or looking for a more intensive training path, we have a team that provides the right balance of challenge, growth, and opportunity.

Company placements are determined through the annual audition process and are made at the discretion of the Artistic Directors. While age is an important consideration, exceptions may be made based on a dancer’s technical ability, maturity, and overall readiness. Placement decisions are final, and not all auditioning dancers will be offered a position in DanceWorks Company.
